Urban Fusion by Ella Bella was born from a lifelong dream — a vision to celebrate and elevate Black heritage flavours in a way that feels both authentic and innovative. Established in 2020, the brand was created from a deep belief that there is a universal language in Black food — rich, bold, and deeply rooted in culture — yet always evolving.
My journey with food began at the age of eight, when I first discovered the joy of cooking and bringing people together through flavour. Since then, that passion has grown into purpose — creating dishes that honour where we come from while pushing the boundaries of what our food can be.
With the support of my husband, John, Urban Fusion has been built as more than just a business. It is a shared vision — something created not only for us, but for our culture and the wider community. Every dish carries that intention, that heritage, and that love.
